It was released in 1971 but apparently recorded in October 1970. Yes, I have googled a lot to get my knowledge up. Still never heard it though.
If only there had been a Megadeth or Slayer cover, rather than Bananarama!

When a new manager name fits in with the lyrics for Mandatory Suicide I will be sure to let you know. An appointment of Saunders might do it I suppose.

Stoke were in a mess when Jones went there. Relegated, squad falling apart, in fact quite reminiscent of us after MM. Judging Jones on his time there would be like writing off Eddie Howe after his time at Burnley. Saints would be a big step up but they have a young squad who may be more receptive to his methods than the Stoke squad.

Interesting little twist that his final (probably) Luton game tonight is against Stoke

They were a mess but he also looked very much out of his depth. Certain managers suit certain clubs and Jones seems to suit Luton and not much else.

ps. I despised everything about Bananrama
Heathen, they are the most successful girl band of all time.
Sorry, but I Can't Help It...
(Will lay off a bit. Have to hope Alphonse Areola drops a clanger soon so I can dust off my second favourite forum.joke...)

A fair few thought the same about Howe at Bournemouth after his Burnley flop. I’d imagine a fair few clubs regret not giving him the opportunity that Newcastle did.

Keren certainly was my desire and still is!
Definitely, she’s been married to Andrew Ridgeley from Wham for about 40 years just in case you didn’t know, and to paraphrase George Micheal, Andrew never has to work again due to a writing credit on careless whisper ( possibly the only love song with feet in the lyrics)

Yeah I know but there were rumours a while back that they had split. She is in her early 60s now but still looks fantastic. She and Kim Wilde were my 1980s fantasies!

I saw Kim Wilde a few years ago. Lawnmower Deth did a cover of Kids in America and she agreed to perform it with them at a couple of festivals. ‘Twas bonkers.

It was about five years ago i think. Maybe six. They jokingly asked her on Facebook and it took her about five seconds to say yes. Sadly the Osmonds refused a similar request to join Lawnmower Deth for the cover of Crazy Horses which would have been insanely funny to watch.

I saw Kim Wilde in Hamburg in 2001. Very good.
