I think Mowbray is too far into the autumn of his career and wouldn't want to spoil his legacy there. Maybe as a stop gap until they appoint someone in the summer it could be a possibility but surely not long term.
cooper is the sensible zero-compo choice. but he might have his sights set higher. Martin probably does too, and will feel his philosophy deserves nothing less than Bayern or Barcelona
