Donated blood for the first time today, had no excuse really when it was right next to my house! Am happy I did it though I only managed about 300ml rather than the pint they were gonna take off for feeling faint! Shouldnt happen next time!

That I finally feel fit again! I didn't play last season and was seriously unfit when I came back. Today I did 90 minutes and felt pretty good after it. Even got myself a goal (only a last minute consolation from penalty spot). Going on holiday for ten days but determined to make sure I keep getting fitter while I am there!
