Assuming we pay a fair price for him and fair wages then I think it's a sensible move. Hed instantly improve us.

He's not the right type of centre back even if we could afford him. The types of weaknesses in our back 4 + keeper are the same ones you saw in United's when Maguire was starting consistently.
