Guedes got 20 mins today. Came on at 1-0 up, drew 1-1.

Quite the collection of PL rejects alongside him

Pepe Reina
Kiko Femenia
Alberto Moreno
Eric Bailly
Francis Coquelin
Etienne Capoue
Alexander Sørloth

'Had more than enough of him. He’s three or four accidents waiting to happen per game. He is unreliable, apathetic and really not that good. More than happy to never see him in a Stoke shirt again.'

'Bone fucking idle and a bit thick is not a good combination for a footballer. Looks like he isn’t bothered to use his obvious talent'

'Just wish we’d send him packing, awful, awful player and you can see why he’s not wanted wherever he’s been'

'I’m hoping as a club we’ve tried to cancel his loan he’s woeful.'

'Possibly one of the most relentlessly and hopelessly shit performances we’ve ever seen. It looked like he was playing under the influence of some strong shit!

'However I am more angry that he was left on the pitch for 70 minutes!'

A selection of comments from Stoke fans on £13M Ki-Jana Hoever today.

I’m warming to him if he’s pissing Stoke fans off that much.

That's semi professional Scottish League Two Dumbarton.

Shrewsbury have sacked their manager, so for once we have got lucky and not sent a player out on loan just before a sacking happens.

On an adjacent point Hesketh didn't get off the bench yesterday

Sasa Kalajdzic - Eintracht Frankfurt, Bundesliga

Played almost a full game (subbed on 89) and set up the second goal in a 2-2 draw at Darmstadt.

Luke Cundle and Ki-Jana Hoever- Stoke City, Championship

Cundle played the full game and Hoever got 70 minutes in a 2-1 home defeat vs Blues. Cundle never really got into the game on his home debut, while Hoever received flak for struggling against Dembele.

Ethan McLeod - Alvechurch FC

Started again at home to Hitchin Town but was subbed at HT. Hit a volley from the edge of the area which went just wide.

On as sub: Lembikisa came on for half an hour in Hearts' 2-1 cup win at Spartans. He soon got in on the attacking action, outting in a cross to the back post which ended in a shot saved on the line, then he forced the keeper into a good save with a shot of his own, which led to the corner for the winner.
Fabio Silva also played around half an hour in a 4-1 win at Dumbarton - scuffed a shot wide after some decent footwork. Podence played the last half an hour of a 2-0 Olympiacos win, while Bendeguz Bolla played the last 20 minute's of a 2-2 draw with Lugano last Wednesday.

Unused sub: Hesketh

No game: Chiquinho, Bolla; Campbell, Moulden and Young (all postponed)

Mosquera confirmed to be joining PSF at Villarreal until the summer.

O'Neil said he really likes his attributes too around the cup games.

From the BBC live page.

Welcome to Tynecastle, Dexter!

Arguably the best player on the pitch, certainly for Hearts, gets the hosts level.

Alan Forrest pings one to the back post and the Wolves loanee powers in a fine header.

Aye we'll take Lemboghini permanently, thanks lads.

Bolla also scored last night after coming on as sub.

Mid-week update coming later.

Dexter Lembikisa played the full game in a 3-2 win at home to Dundee which firms up their third-place standing. A big moment for him as he got his first Hearts goal with a fine header to level things up. Also whipped over a fine cross earlier on which someone should have got on the end of.

On as sub: Bendeguz Bolla came on for the last 25 minutes for Servette and grabbed their third goal: a good finish from a right angle after playing a one-two - they still managed to give awaya two-goal lead with him on the pitch, though.

Goal on 3:30:

Chem Campbell made his Wycombe debut coming on after 52 minutes in a 1-o defeat at Wigan., while Owen Hesketh came on for the last 15 minutes to help Harriers to another win, this time at Hartlepool to get them off the foot of the table and to 4 points from safety.

Unused sub: Moulden

Fabio Silva's playing tonight.
