Category One teams who take part will only be allowed to name two players who are over the age of 21 and have played more than 40 first-team games.

Thats the best one, although it should be zero.

We took the piss in one game but rest of the time we used our U21 team

The Europa Cup is ready to go. It has been changed slightly this year and now includes a Preliminary Round before the Qualifying Rounds. 2 of the League of Wales teams join at this stage. Bala Town qualified thanks to Connahs Quay finishing 3rd and winning the Welsh Cup and Bangor getting kicked out of the League. Cefn won the Welsh Euro Play Offs. Pointless Fact - I used to live 1 min walk away from Cefn Druids ground.
