5 assists and 3 goals in 17 games, even without hearing how well he is playing is really impressive for a promoted side. Be interesting to see what we try and do with him
I agree, we've got form for moving players around in January. Would be nice to see him do it for a top 6 championship side

He's too good for the championship, should be in the PL. Not sure he fits us in the 3-4-3 but would do in the 3-5-2 we tried today.

They really like him. Awful forum design though

Yerson’s season came to an end last night, as Cincinnati coughed up a 2-0 lead at home against bitter rivals Columbus, losing 2-3 AET.

Yerson had a good game overall, I thought, but it was his daisy-cutter of a clearance that rolled directly to the feet of Columbus DP Diego Rossi, who first-timed the clearance for the Crew’s equalizer. YMMV on how much that was truly his fault.

After that point, Columbus utterly dominated proceedings.

Weekend round-up.

Luke Cundle - Plymouth Argyle, Championship

Played a full game in a 2-1 win at home to Stoke. Picked the ball up from deep fair bit and ran at the defence, causing them problems. Had a volley well saved from the keeper. The last-minute winner came from his shot that was pushed away but then landed at the feet of his team mate who scored.

Ki-Jana Hoever - Stoke City, Championship

Played the full game in the same match. Not much to note.

Louie Moulden - Rochdale, The National League

Played in a 1-0 defeat at Bromley. Made a great save at the end to stop it from getting worse.

Theo Corbeanu - Grasshoppers, Swiss Super League
Started at home to Lausanne but subbed at HT with the game at 0-0. GHZ went on to win 5-0 so, er yeah, there you go.

Yerson Mosquera - FC Cincinnati, MLS
Played the full game in the play-off defeat, as mentioned

On as sub: Lembikisa came on with half an hour to go in a 0-0 draw at Blues, while Chiquinho played a similar amount of time on a 3-0 loss at home to Porto. Bolla came on for the last 15 minutes of a 1-1 draw at Young Boys and also played an hour of the Europa League draw at home to Roma.

Oliver Tipton came on with 20 minutes to go in Notts County's 3-2 FA Cup defeat at home to Shrewsbury. Guedes played the last few minutes of Benfica's goalless draw. Roberts got a few minutes in Donny's FA Cup defeat at P'borough.

Unused sub: Pond

Not in squad: Campbell, Podence.

No match: Griffiths

A surprise start and a goal for Chem Campbell yesterday. Full update coming later.

Weekend round-up

Chem Campbell - Charlton, League One

Came out of the wilderness to play 88 minutes of a 2-2 draw at home to Cambridge and bagged the second with a well-timed header. ç

Goal around the 1.00 mark

Bendeguz Bolla - Servette, Swiss Super League.

Played 84 minutes of a 1-1 draw at Lausanne and scored his side's goal, a great first-time finish from a tight angle. Seemed to get a taste for it: he also forced the keeper into a fine save later on.

Goal at the start:

Chiquniho - Famalicao, Portuguese Primeira Liga

Played 67 minutes of a 1-1 draw at Portimonense

On as sub: Corbeanu came on after 12 minutes of GHZ's 1-0 win vs Basel. Cundle came on after 66 minutes with Plymouth 4-0 down at Leicester, while Hoever played the last 20 minutes of Stoke's 1-0 home loss to bottom club Sheff Wed.

Unused subs: Lembikisa

Not in squad: Pond, Tipton, Roberts, Griffiths,

No game: Moulden, Podence,

How dare you overlook another no goals, no assists sub appearance from Gonçalo "£27m" Guedes.

Benfica are just about heading into full implosion mode. Really pathetic that he can't get into the team at the moment.

Quickfire brace for Podence tonight

I've always been intrigued with Bolla and what his potential might be if given a chance over here . Looks like he never will be though .

Got no future here whatsoever.

It's 8 in 15 for Podence now (5 league, 3 Europa League). At least he's retaining value for when we inevitably sell him next year. Olympiacos will be dropping into the UEFA Europa Conference League after Christmas as they finished 3rd in their group.

They're fourth in the League as well which is some going considering there are only really 4 teams.

He's not what we need right now in terms of position, but I wonder if O'Neill could have got Podence performing in this team as he has with Hwang and Cunha.

He was our top scorer last season after all.

There's a little bit of talk that Cincinnati will make an offer to buy Mosquera outright if we decide he isn't in our first team plans. No mention of how much for, at least not that I've seen.

Top scorer doing a huge amount of heavy lifting as Hwang has already scored more and Cunha is only one away, and it's not even Christmas.

He probably could have, Podence isn't a rubbish footballer. He didn't want to be here though so it's a moot point.
