Loan Watch 2019-2020

Do our lower league loans come back to Compton for treatment when they're injured. I ask because I'm sure our medical facilities are better than Doncaster's, for instance.

Yes.

Infact pretty sure any loan player with a long term injury will come back as well so our team can make sure they are being looked after properly

From this weekend:

Ivan Cavaleiro - Fulham, The Championship.

Back in the side for the visit of Charlton and played the full game in which he scored another beauty, playing a lovely one-two with Reid before cutting inside hitting a powerful effort in off the bar. His crossing was a threat too, according to reports.

Ryan Giles - Shrewsbury Town (League One)

A full game in a 1-0 win at Tranmere. Had a powerful shot well saved in the second half.

Connor Ronan - DAC Streda, Slovak Superleague

Another full game in a 2-1 win away.

On as sub: Rafa Mir came on in the last minute of Forest’s win over Brentford.

Unused subs: Norris, Diallo, Dadashov.

Not in squad: Bright, Ennis, John, Johnson, Herc, Deslandes.

No game: Bonatini, Miranda.

Is it purely the Jumila thing, or does it feel like we have significantly less loanees this season?

We released/sold a lot of players we had last season. Still got some numbers to move on as we streamline the U23 squad.

Still got 16 out on loan, that is a lot.

David Wang at Granollers (Tercera Division) is one we didn't bother announcing and seems to have happened.

I'm a fan of their baked breakfast food.

Had a quick look and seems he's a bit-part player there. A couple of sub appearances so far this season.

Sadou Diallo scored a scorcher tonight apparently, making his Accrington debut in the EFL Trophy.

Also Will Norris played his first game for Ipswich in a while and kept a clean sheet.

What position does he play? Looks a big lad.

Diallo's primarily a defensive midfielder, I believe.

Not much to mention from this past weekend. Niall Ennis came on as a second half sub but couldn't find his shooting boots as his side lost 3-0 at Oxford.

Diallo was an unused sub once again.

Jeez, he's only with their U23s? Brutal.

Not been fit. Keeps getting little niggles so having to play U23 games to try and get back to full fitness

As reported earlier by BirminghamLive, Wolves winger Jordan Graham moved on loan to Bulgarian side Lokomotiv Plovdiv earlier this summer.

Confirmed that it is a loan move until January but there has been issue with FIFA clearance hence him not playing yet.
