Can I just clarify that the whole purpose of me uploading that video to social media was because of the reaction of Podence/Fabio to Hwang. I'm fully aware that the pass from Raul was appalling, too. Saying that, he could have rolled it gently across the goal on a plate for our hero Hwang and he'd have still tripped over the ball. Shocking footballer.

He should have cut back on his right and finished with his left. It was a decent save by Allison, but Hwang shouldn't have been aiming at such a small target (and I'm not even sure it was on target).

I thought Sa made a couple of bad errors yesterday, he left a huge gap to his right for Mane to slot into, Mane muffed his shot, but there was still plenty of space for it to go into.

There was also a through ball that ended up deep into his 6 yard box, i have absolutely no idea why he didn't come for that, especially as he is usually so assertive in those situations, the ball was then played through his legs, they should have scored.

Also, and this is less of an error, but i thought it was a penalty when he came out and challenged Mane, but Mane was half a yard offside anyway, not that Sky bothered to mention that.

It's possible that the knock he got came from the penalty incident.

I didn't think Carra was too bad for our game yesterday, he was right in the first half about Liverpool playing with too much emotion etc, and he got the calls right generally.

But Sky's general coverage of us was abysmal, still amazed we didn't get a replay of the push.

I also think the commentary teams love to pretend a goal is going to stand even though they know the flag is up.

Mane's offside goal in the second half was a perfect example of this, the Liverpool players weren't celebrating, Jota wasn't celebrating, yet the commentator was banging on about the goal, then a "but no, he's offside" fuck off mate you knew all along the flag was up, you were just being dramatic.

The feed I watched made it seem like it was actually his long goal kick before the actual assist for the goal that started the injury and it got progressively worse during the half.

I thought Carragher was pretty fair yesterday, he seemed to go all Liverpool then reign it back a bit with something more balanced. I don't mind that, especially given the context of the game,

I've always found him to be pretty fair about Wolves, not sure how much if that is down to Coady.

I agree that we get a bum deal with coverage at times, but then most people yesterday would have been watching for Liverpool and the title decider not little old Wolverhampton

Yeah I would also imagine that the average viewer would want the "drama" of seeing the potential Champions giving away a soft penalty too, let alone what us as Wolves fans want to see.

We played really well yesterday and nobody can say any different. Bruno got everything spot on apart from the enforced sub but that probably cost us the game. We knew exactly where to hurt them but it ended up with Hwang in the decisive positions. Even if he’d have thrown in a 5/10 we might have got a second but it was a genuine 0 or 1, i certainly can’t remember a player that looked that bad for us at this level.

Defensively it was last ditch at times but that’s always the case against the best sides. The movement of the front 3, Thiago’s passing and how high the fullbacks push is always going to cause problems but thought we coped well and got undone by a bit of class and individual errors again.

Was 100% a penalty on Toti, we were right behind that goal and Konate never looked to play the ball and just shoulders him in the back.

Big summer ahead now especially with Neves leaving. We could do with refreshing everything but it’s a lot to do in one summer and I don’t think I’m confident at all that it’s going to go well.
