The usual stuff you expect at Anfield these days when you're Wolves.

A game of two halves really. Hooper gave Liverpool as much as he could possibly give them first half resulting in them being 2-0 up without having to do much. Sa is definitely at fault for the penalty whether you agree with the decision or not.

Second half Hooper tried to even it up a bit and we really got at them for large spells. Brilliant goal from Cunha as per usual but we just couldn't find a way to equalise near the end.

Subs were pretty decent today. All of them slotted into the team quite well. Munetsi looks a handful off the ball but not great on the ball.

Very good second half, wouldn't have been undeserved if we'd taken a point. Shame about the defending on their goals and then some of the final decisions when we got near their box.

I think Munetsi is going to wind me up something rotten.

If Hooper had done his job we’d have been playing 9 men. He didn’t and though we battled well it was too much.

Excellent 2nd half effort. You'd like to think if we perform like or near to those levels in the rest of our games this season (and with a bit more Cunha magic thrown in) we should stay up.

Tremendous second half, the players from the outset they were really up for it.

Was it just how it appeared on TV, or was our support virtually mute?

Used to be so good away as well.

If vic can settle munetsi and give him some shooting practice, i think we have a player there.
Bit of a slip shod (ref assisted) first half hour but a good second half. Even Bueno played well. Just hope agga is nothing serious.
We're not going down.

Deserved a point. Had them properly hanging on.

Sa very poor on both goals, Doherty, Bueno, Guedes and Sarabia are not up to standard but we know that already.

Encouraging from Bellegarde again. Hope Agbadou went off more to save him from a red card than due to injury.

I think, possibly, if Guedes would have stayed on instead of being replaced by Munetsi, we might have got more out of the game. Played well though, much more cohesive as a team. Bueno looks much more comfortable in the middle.

Guedes may as well have not played. Totally anonymous, we were better second half as the Liverpool CBs had to put the deck chairs away and do something.

Better team overall, and you can’t say that often about playing Liverpool away.
Pereira has got us competitive and if we can take that kind of performance into the games vs Ipswich, Southampton, and Leicester, we will pick up points

also shout out to the spit moister for the 'weeeerst' co commentating performance i have ever seen. On 60 minutes it was 'no disreeeeeepeckttttt to wolves but a better side gets back into this' to 'wolves have been greattttt' inside 10 minutes.

Stealing a living. Hes such a prick.

Maybe if sky insist on this bias pundit/co-commenatry shit they should start providing an alternative option for people who are actually paying attention to the game......

On the face of things getting beaten 2-1 at Anfield isn't bad. I think they were there for the taking today though, a better team would have done so. We are still too Cunha or nothing and were much too frantic with the ball around the box for most of the game.

Cba to talk about Hooper, it's all been said.

Doubling down on my Munetsi cult hero take from last week and it not really being a compliment.

I thought Sarabia and Guedes were appalling first half, the former giving the ball away time and again and the latter having the touch of Hwang. Even with JSL back we are a player short in that front 3.
