If we're real about it, Joao is done tbf. It's been absolutely wonderful watching him play, and the impact and influence he's had on the professionalism of the players will remain after he's gone. Pragmatically though, I hope he goes this Summer, and releases his doubtless substantial wage into an area we can invest the money and get more on pitch value. An arrogant idiot, he is not.
I didn't actually watch the game, couldn't fit it in with the kids and running around after work, but judging by the thread it'll be last on match of the day!
