Be interested to see what he goes for, he and David Brooks stats are identical but Brooks has played 750 minutes fewer for Sheffield Utd and is two years younger.

Grealish really isn't that special.

Supply and demand. And the demand is from Villa as they have to sell or they are fucked. There is unlikely to be a massive auction.

I was thinking around £15m tops. He's proved fuck all yet other than he can run with the ball, if Will Hughes could stay fit I'd have him over Grealish any day and he went for what? £7m? I don't think Derby were that desperate for the cash at the time either to sell at a knock down price although I could be wrong.

Yeah i think lots of fans are not looking at Grealish's actual talent just how much a prick he comes across and how shit the team he was playing in actually is. They played very little football but when he got it they looked a threat. He's talented imo and the way he beats players with ease without looking quick is a talent that should not be underestimated. I'm interested to see how he looks in a side that play football and give him a bit of freedom to create and link with better players.

Personally I think Grealish's main drawback (aside from being a prick) is his inconsistency. When he's on form, he's absolutely one of the best players in the division, but he doesn't do it often enough. I 100% agree with Slink's last sentence mind you.

however suspect a lot of villa fans (not all) would feel Mick is "below them".

As mentioned, I have heard Bruce is exploring options to leave owing to the personal stuff. He's apparently said he needs some time away from football. It might do him good.
