Not sure in that, they only allow 2 millionaires in a year so he would have to wait until the year comes round, Jersey is notoriously hard for anyone no matter how rich to get in. I have family their and my Step Son was born there.
Guernsey on the other hand.
Not that it makes much point to what was said above, I have tried many times over the last 7 years to move there, still trying now.
It's difficult for millionaires, it's damn near impossible for mere mortals, unless your willing to work in bars and live in a shitty bed site costing a fortune.

There isn't a limit on the number of High Net Worth residents although a 'rule of thumb' suggests a possible maximum of 10. High Net Worth residents will still have to make a formal application process to be granted residency in Jersey, and certain criteria still have to be met in terms of annual earnings, minimum value of property, etc.

The island is actively encouraging applications from potential High Value residents and those who are looking to move business to Jersey.

Smith probably should have retired ages ago. Watching him play for Notts County and he made O'Hara look mobile and decent
