I like Tosin and I'd have liked us to be in for him a number of times but not sure about him as a signing for a team that need to have aspirations of getting in and staying in the top 4.

None of their defenders looked all that great last season so I guess Tosin backs himself to be a starter there? Big risk (for Tosin and Chelsea both) though; the gap between the Prem and Serie A has probably never been wider, at least since I've been paying attention.
