When I highlighted the abuse Batth was getting the other day somebody suggested it was the offender living vicariously. This is the epitome of it, some fucking nobody taking aim at someody who has reached all of the rungs he never will, and over the most horrific of things. I hope the FA ban him for a considerable amount of time.

Wow, that is just a horrendous thing to say to someone.

I was just about to post that link myself. Seriously, how does somebody go through the thought process of writing and sending that tweet?

Absolutely disgusting. What goes through his head to put something like that on twitter? I'm certain he was with some mates and thought "this will be funny"

To lie at first about his account being hacked before owning up is low-life behaviour also.

What a complete loser of a human being.. Well, i wouldnt even consider him as one

As my brother in laws wife had a stillborn nearly thirty years ago it still affects them to this day, in what universe does anybody think this is humerous ??

West Ham Uniteds Sofiane Feghouli has had the red card shown to him during Monday's defeat by Manchester United rescinded by the Football Association.

Correctly so in my opinion.

Should Jones get a ban for acting like his leg had been torn off?

Should Jones get a ban for acting like his leg had been torn off?

Possibly, but they all do that nowadays. The old adage that if you are seriously hurt you tend to stay still still stands in my opinion.

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/jan/05/millwall-admit-council-scheme-leave-lewisham

TL;DR Millwall are facing a move from Lewisham to Kent.

Lewisham councillors are involved with off shore developers and are expected to issue a CPO for the land around The Den.

Lewisham mayor is unelected and electorally unaccountable but friends of the CEO of the developers a former Lewisham officer himself. The developer was also founded by a previous Lewisham mayor.

------

Millwall might not be a fashionable club or well liked but this is awful and stinks of insider dealing. If this is allowed to go through you can see light bulbs going off in many towns and cities of smaller clubs from councils who have been pinched for funding since 2010. It stinks.

Rob page of Northampton apologises for mnmnen against girl's post match comment. Political correctness 1 fact 0 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38543295

I am sorry but if he needs to apologise for that as it has caused offence then we really are in danger of losing the plot. The thing is I got it! It was so bad it was worse than men against boys it was men against girls. If that is offensive why is football not mixed gender sport? I know let's let the England ladies team play Northampton Town men and see what the score is. Or Andy Murray plays Serena Williams and beats her in straight sets. Or let's put the men gymnastics against the women, the women would trounce them . And finally let's see a few men go through labour and have babies. Then and only then will this crap stop. We are different and for a reason. Please stop this being offended shit. Its bollocks. Go and campaign for some real change.

48 team world cup here we come. Vote passed unanimously.

More shite first round games it is then.

I thought 24 was enough.

Anyway there will be 16 groups, each comprising 3 teams. And top two from each group go through to the knockout stage.

I HATE the idea of 3 team groups. Such a massive incentive for the two teams playing in the last match to manufacture a result that suits them both.

Agreed. Didn't they have three team groups at all World Cup in the eighties? Or maybe the nineties? And if I remember correctly England were knocked out without losing a game.
