Loan Watch 2022/2023

FC Cincinatti conceded 5 last night to new boys St. Louis, but Yerson wasn’t really at fault in any of them. One of those nights where everything bounced St. Louis’ way.

We're looking for a Championship club to take Chem Campbell on loan next year apparently. Must be really pleased with his development this season.
I'm glad he's doing well. Hopefully we do the same with Lonwjik.

I wonder if Cundle will come back in to the squad or be loaned out again.

Update from this weekend:

Ryan Giles - Middlesbrough (Championship)
Played the full game in a 5-1 win over Norwich and, surprisingly, didn’t get an assist for any of the goals. His cross from a FK did lead to the 4th, though.

Ki-Jana Hoever - Stoke City (Championship)
Played 90 minutes of a 2-1 defeat at the Poorthorns.Put in a great cross for a header which the keeper tipped over. Got booed by the Boggies when he touched the ball, which is cute.

Chem Campbell - Wycombe Wanderers (League 1)

Played 79 minutes of Wycombe’s 1-0 defeat at Morecambe. Had a few half-chances.

Jordao - Santa Clara (Portuguese Primeira Liga)

Played the full game in a 2-1 defeat at Porto.

Hayao Kawabe and Bendeguz Bolla´- Grasshoppers Zurich (Swiss Super League)

Bolla played the full game and Kawabe 75 minutes in a 3-1 defeat at home to Sion. It was Kawabe’s corner that led to their goal, but a Shabani straight red made it difficult for them

Yerson Mosquera - FC Cincinnati (MLS)

Played the full game of a 5-1 defeat at St. Louis City. Ouch

Joe Young - AFC Telford, National League North

Played in Telford’s 3-0 defeat at Kiddy, made a few saves to stop it being a real thrashing.

On as sub: Cundle came on as a sub for the last 30 mins of Swansea’s 1-0 win over Huddersfield and set up the winner with some lively build-up play on the edge of the box.Taylor Perry played the last 20 minutes or so of Cheltenham’s 2-2 draw at McDons. Guedes came on for the last 20 minutes of Benfica’s 1-0 defeat at Chaves. Corbeanu played the last 20 minutes of Bielefield’s 4-2 defeat at Karlsruher. Fabio played the last 15 minutes of PSV’s 3-2 win.

Unused subs: Smith

Not in squad: Sanderson, Lonwijk, Sarkic.

Stoke got beat at home. Came across a couple of the six fingered fuckers on Saturday at the train station in Stoke.

Thinking of our loan players I wonder what we're going to do with Dion Sanderson next season? He's not going to be involved in our squad and he seems fairly settled at Blues but there's no way they'll have the money to buy him permanently. Loan him out again or find another Championship club to give us the money for a permanent?

Stoke need 2 CB's and they're having a complete reset in the summer.

Wouldn't surprise me if Hoever was back with the main squad and Lembikisa was loaned to them.

I know a certain MLS club that are in desperate need of bandaid at the back…

Absolutely zero point in loaning him out again.

Deal up in 2025, sell for ~£1m or nearest offer.
