They're a strange bunch, I've seen and heard this kind of narrative for a long while now, they suggest we are "obsessed" because we give them some stick and abuse when we beat or are beating them?

To be honest it is very one way. Villa don't care about Wolves on the whole.

It's the yoot on our side who are trying to make it a big thing. I don't care about them as we very rarely played them until I was nearly 30. I haven't known many Villa fans since I was at school either. I actively wanted them to fail when Dr Weird, Wyness and Bruce were there, but that's a) as we were in direct competition with them for promotion and b) those three are all absolute cunts.

In the Premier League they're just another team.

Wolves is a shit away day. Nowhere to drink beforehand apart from a shithole next to a Premier Inn, big queue to get in, difficult to make a noise unless the whole stand joins in, no leg room, more big queues for both the catering and the toilets and has been known to 'rain' from above when when the sky is cloudless. General view seems to be that only West Ham in the PL is worse or Everton if you get the wrong seat

Anfield is shit. Like watching through a letterbox. That stand is changing though.

Not mad keen on Selhurst either. Awkward to get to, side stand full of wood, not a very good area for anything (you can go elsewhere in London, but even the TfL stuff is crap for the ground. Manages to sit exactly in the middle of two stations, not particularly near either)

Worst away end Ive been in, in the Prem was when they put Wolves fans in the bottom tier at Stamford Bridge in the main end. If you were in the back three odd rows you were watching concrete..

I despise Loftus Road. Bottom tier, like sitting on the floor. Top tier, can't see the nearside goal. Fucking expensive, always. No leg room and I'm hardly a giant. Only away pub is a kip (though we sneaked in a decent home one once, the benefits of not sounding West Mids).

Im praying QPR or Luton fade away and finish outside the Playoffs. I said I never wanted to visit those grounds ever again. Bournemouth is a shit hole but its cast iron we will be going there next season..

Everton isn’t too bad. Lower tier is a bit shit as the roof/pillars can really make it shit, but the upper is ok. Obviously it’s a dump but you can still make a noise and Liverpool is obviously decent. West Ham is utter shite though.

Anfield is alright too. At the back you definitely have the letterbox issue but again you can make a noise and it’s in Liverpool. Selhurst is obviously dreadful because of the Gantry and is terrible to get to, can make a noise as well (I like when you can make a noise ).

Think Wolves is worse than all those. Yes you have an unrestricted view of the pitch, but it’s a shit view and all the other things wrong with it as we’ve mentioned (atmosphere, facilities, no away pub).

Elland Road, late 70s early 80s the partially constructed quadrant between the South Stand and Lowfields Road was dreadful. Most grounds in the 60s, 70s and 80s had appalling facilities for away fans.
