Looks ace. Just hope they've sorted out the gameplay somewhat!!
The map is going to be massive and with some luck it will be back towards the San Andreas lunacy.

The issue I had with GTA IV was that the combat played like a shit, clunky shooting game and the driving parts played like a sluggish racer.
The production values were utterly brilliant but the gameplay didn't gel well for me.
However, Rockstar managed to get Red Dead Redemption absolutely spot on in that respect so I have hope.
I loved GTA4. I played it on PC and some of the combat stuff was better on a mouse and keyboard. I thought the driving was great though. Not too fast that you can't control it, but not so unrealistic that you can take corners at full speed.
It was the first game I've played all the way through since RollerGames on the NES.
In fact I still have the add-ons to play, but I don't get much gametime these days.
San Andreas sucked though. The maps were waaaaay too big for their own good. Just a whole load of nothing.
Obviously doesn't like lunacy.
If there was an element of lunacy then that'd be fine, but there were vast expanses of desert and woodland that did nothing but to separate the different areas. Big for the sake of enormity.
I've not messed about with the GTA4 mods yet. I did a lot of that with Vice City, but just haven't got the time now. Just want to pick up and play, and GTA4 has been great for that.
Only ever played III, Vice City and San Andreas, and I thought each one got better as they went along. III was good fun, VC took it to another level and SA streamlined it even further imo. In fact, I've still got to complete the final mission...

How the bloody hell do you embed videos on here? Tried a few things but it's just coming up empty?
