JESUS H CHRIST ! ! !

I went to bed last night with 11 nominations - I wake up this morning and another 39 goals have been nominated. We’ve hit 50 already and it hasn’t even been one day (we had 43 nominations in total for the 1990s).

Later today I’ll post a list of all the nominated goals so far.

Many thanks to those who made the nominations so far, especially Dan. I’ll still leave it a couple of weeks before I close off the nominations though.

For the nominations video I think I’ll have to just limit the clip to the goal and no replay as it would probably go on for too long.

Does anybody know what is the maximum number of options you can list in a poll ?

Also we need to determine a tiebreaker (for the top 20). Any suggestions ?

Pleased to see Chris Iwelumo getting a lot of love. We tend to forget just how good he was in the 1st half of the 08/09 season where he was probably in the form of his life.

I was planning to start work on a compilation of SEB's goals for Wolves put it will have to wait a week now - I'm sure he'll get a few more nominations.

I fear nostalgia may be playing tricks on you...

2:11 on here. I mean it's alright and a big immediate impact from an 18 year old lad who we'd only just signed, but I wouldn't say it belongs in "goal of the decade" discussions.
