I can't see this as anything less than big fuck off statement of intent, Fosun want us in the Premier League and they want us to stay there. They're now putting their money where their mouth is and the dross we've been subjected to for the last few years is now being cast off and replaced with players of infinitely better quality, so I don't see these as short term deals with mega profit in mind 12 months down the line. It may well work out that way but at least they're living up to their promises in a much bigger way than I think any of us expected.

Let's imagine we do have a massive shortfall this time next year as far as FFP goes. And we're stuck in this division. Then we'll sell Helder Costa, who isn't going to give us more than two years in the Championship regardless of anything else. Hello £20m+, goodbye problem.

I'd like to see a three behind a striker, we have to buy one though imo because we haven't got one anywhere near good enough.

Fielden comes across like a complete bellend. Apparently staff aren't happy but he refuses to say why and gives off the impression that he and Timbo know everything while everyone else knows nothing. Definitely doesn't understand FFP either as we are nowhere near breaking it and would sell Costa, Cav etc if we don't go up which would negate any spending.
