The second comment down saying, yes but they have bigger commercial operations so we need to be charging a similar ticket price, implying theirs are discounted. What a turd.

He's wrong anyway if he is quoting 'cheapest' adult STs - at Man City there is a narrow ring literally all around the ground along the front few rows that are just £490 for adults.

Also, one end of the ground is called the Family Stand where adult STs are £590 but you must be accompanied by a child under-16 ST.

The other end which is shared with away fans is City's main vocal stand which is £710 in the bottom half - except that narrow ring at the front which is just £490.

So his bench-marking with City is totally wrong anyway.

Forget the prices, benchmarking against City where you are watching de Bruyne, Foden, Haaland and another couple of dozen world class players is simply ridiculous.

Dunno what you're on about. Matt Doherty walks in to their starting 11.

Well obviously but they don’t play 18 year old youth players that would struggle in League One up front.

So the only real change is U14s, which is welcome but we're talking a small percentage of the fans.

A price freeze for next season isn't the win some seem to think when the price right now is disgraceful.

Jeff had already stated that there would be a price freeze or very small increase next season so getting him to commit to a freeze means absolutely nothing.

The U14s change is only really a delay of 1 season.

Already got people on Twitter waffling about 'a step in the right direction' and 'credit to the Club for admitting they're wrong'.

What planet do they live on FFS.

It is STILL a 64% minimum increase in adult prices in 6 years, and we are a far less ambitious club now than we were then.

I love that they have people thinking that when in reality its the club doing pretty much what they planned anyway

Yep, I don't understand the social media reaction.

I've listened to a few things over the past two weeks from the fans and all connected to the Fan Advisory Board and other groups seem keen to highlight their own importance.

Jeff is playing right into their egos here. Too many of them seem convinced they've got one over him and in reality it's changed next to nothing.

There should still be protests/action moving forward if that was the plan (which I hope it was)
