I'm not sure which bit of "he isn't good enough" is abusive. I largely limit myself to that with him these days, like anyone else he gets harsher treatment if he either doesn't try or is a massive fat bastard, neither of which has applied for a while.

No the opposite. Taking Doc out the team allows us to test Walker with Vinagre again- that's a good thing!
