Ki-Jana Hoever - Stoke City, Championship

Got a full game and another goal, his fifth in nine starts, in a 4-1 win over Rotherham. Alex Neil was careful in his post-match praise of him but looks like the RB slot's his (attitude depending) this season.

Goal at the start:

Theo Corbeanu - Grasshoppers Zurich, Swiss Premier League

Played a full game in a 3-1 win over Basel and got an assist for the first goal.

Yerson Mosquera - FC Cinicinnati, MLS

Played a full game in the cup as Cinci drew 1-1 with Nashville, but his side crashed out on penalties.

Louie Moulden - Rochdale, The National League

Made his debut in a 1-0 defeat at home to Ebbsfleet.


On as sub: Chiquinho came on for the last 15 minutes and impressed with his pace. Think he may have swung the corner in for Stoke's 4th as well. Lembikisa came on for 20-odd minutes for Rotherham in that game. Tyler Roberts came on after 68 minutes in Doncaster's 1-0 defeat at home to Harrogate.

Not in squad: Tipton, Lonwijk.

A quick round-up from this mid-week.

Hoever & Chiquinho - a full game in a 2-1 win over A*bion. Put in a cross that led to the opener but was also guilty of letting a cross in too easily for the Sandwell goal. Chiquinho played an hour and looked "energetic and skilful, threatening to get in behind whenever possible and ready to take on defenders"

Cundle - Played almost an hour as one of the two 'attacking eights' in a 4-3-3 as Argyle won 2-0.

Lembikisa - Played 78 minutes of Rotherham's penalties win over Morecambe.

Roberts - Played the full game in an impressive 2-1 win at Hull who sit two leagues above them.

Tipton - Came on as sub for the last 15 minutes or so as County lost 2-0 at home to Lincoln.
