Loan Watch 2018-2019

Didn't see that, cheers.

In other news, Roderick Miranda played another full game in a cup play-off which finished 3-3, presumably the first leg.

Nobody did! First anybody seemed to know of it was the loanee quiz on the OS yesterday.

Ronan scored in a friendly today - they won 3-0 and Kristian Kostrna scored one of the goals!

Leo had a shocker, playing behind the striker apparently and was taken off at half time

Should try him at wing back next.

Leo Bonatini - Nottingham Forest, The Championship.

Given his first start at home to Brentford and, as mentioned, had a bit of a shocker. The ball came to him in the box with the goal at his mercy but he sliced wide. Taken off at half time but Forest went on to win 2-1.

Bright Enobakhare - Coventry City, League One. & Ethan Ebanks-Landell - Rochdale, League One.

EEL vs Bright in a clash at Spotlands where Coventry edged it 1-0. EEL was booked early on while Bright wasn't as busy as his previous game and was subbed in the dying moments.

Jordan Graham - Oxford United, League One

A full game at home to Sunderland and right in the thick of the action again, causing problems down the left and putting a good chance just wide early on. Continued where he left off in the second half and it was his trickery that set up his team's equaliser towards the end as the game finished 1-1.

Harry Burgoyne - Falkirk, Scottish Championship.

On the winning side at Alloa in a 2-1 win – made a crucial punch off the line at the death.

Ben Goodliffe – Dagenham and Redbridge, National League.

Back in the team at Wrexham and played 80 minutes of a 1-0 defeat.

Aaron Hayden - Stourbridge, Evo-Stik Premier.

Bagged a goal in a 2-0 win and also the MOTM award in what was described as an impeccable performance.

Rafa Mir – Las Palmas, Spanish Segunda División

Played the full game in a 0-0 draw at Malaga. Had a goal disallowed in the second half.

FC Jumilla. Leak and Yang played 90 minutes of a 1-0 defeat. Hanne came on after an hour and nearly scored with a header.

Late cameos: Ashley-Seal (on 84 minutes, making his debut), Zyro (on 81 minutes), Ofosu-Ayeh (on 90 minutes)

Unused subs: Hause, Wilson, Miranda, Deslandes, Ruddy

Not in squad: Johnson, Seedorf.

Kortney Hause is making his first start for Villa tonight, at left back apparently.

Bonatini was an unused sub for Forest last night.

A full game for Kortney in the end and he's been lambasted by Villa fans on social media. Here's an idea, how about not throwing a rusty centre-half in at left-back and expecting him to perform wonders? Give him a run in his natural position and then judge him.

What does the future hold for Hause. Not liked by Villa fans and he can't return to Wolves as he upset Jinky

True - look what happened to Ruddy when he last played.

Dominic Iorfa scores an equaliser for Sheffield Wednesday in the 101st minute vs Rotherham

Hause again at left back today for Villa who are 2-0 down against West Brom.

Bright scores from the spot vs Walsall (looks like Keates is on the brink there, maybe should have played Connor Ronan more)

I truly don't understand why you'd bring in Kortney just to play him as a fullback.

In a very, very limited way I suppose (like, don't ever expect him to cross the halfway line). At the time we had a crocked Golbourne, Ricketts who was sadly done at that level and Tommy fucking Rowe. He still got absolutely burned by Adomah once at Boro and we rarely ever did it again after that.

It was always pretty obvious that he was a centre half shoved out there because he had a semblance of a left foot.
