Keir Starmer at it again..

Dragging Europe into a war that cannot be won. Absolute cunt.
Blair on Steroids.
Thankfully my two are too old to be called up. Maybe we'll all go in a nuclear strike.
The problem is there is literally no point in changing the PM, we may as well give him more time.

Think it's been his best performance as PM so far. Hopefully the European adults in chargeof their countries can make a difference for the sake of Ukraine and the rest of the world.

I agree Starmer has done well, but at the moment there is a lot of division. They should agree a plan first and then be united and without division.
At the moment, different leaders are making different plans, without the agreement of other leaders. It is no good being divided in front of Putin. We have to speak with one voice.

Are they making different plans? It's only the orange loony that's an outlier isn't it?

Troops on the ground, not agreed by many. Macron a months truce, Meloni not a months truce.

From William Keegan writing in The Guardian and he hits the spot as usual - a very worthwhile read.

“Trump, like his dubious friend Putin, was in favour of Brexit, and the game he is playing is not in the UK’s best interests. Unfortunately, in Starmer’s desperation to avoid the 25 percent tariffs with which Trump is threatening the EU, Starmer is playing into Trump’s hands”

Thx. Well respected critically analytical journalist who has seen a lot and is not afraid to put it out there! .... IMHO

By-election called for Runcorn after that bellend got his sentence.

This could be fucking anything tbh

LabourMike Amesbury22,35852.9% +4.1
Reform UKJason Moorcroft7,66218.1% +13.3
ConservativeJade Marsden6,75616.0−20.8%

How much damage has the Lowe v Farage shit done? Can see labour dropping 10k votes but still hanging on, but you could see turnout being absolutely pathetic (I'm not sure I'd vote for a Labour candidate tomorrow) and losing a 15k majority and Reform nicking it on pure anger
