Newcastle 3-0 Wolves: Verdict Thread

Whatever it's called, it doesn't look offside.

Also as I said before, just fucking step Santi you gormless bastard.

Although it's all VVD needed to do for Wood's goal the other night too, its strange how it's totally left the game as it was such a staple of 90s defensive play.

The second goal was similar that if Agbadou steps out then Isak is offside. On that occasion Santi had stepped forward.

Bad fuck ups obviously but should be the sort of thing that they can work out as they play together more.

Key: should. We shall see.

agbadou would've needed to take about 3 steps fella!

my initial reaction was isak was offside though.

On Mario, he is/was O'Neils man I feel. I suspect ever since O'Neil knew he was off Mario wanted out.

Mario was gone early doors. For whatever reason he was struggling mentally and it was showing. He snapped v West Ham at FT, got a bollocking, lost the captains role, no doubt a huge fine and told us he wanted out.

He's fucking crap, somehow goes right under the radar too while everyone is raging at Hwang (let me be clear, the latter is frequently a complete disaster and I totally get why people can't stand him).

Can't run, can't turn, can't jump, no command or leadership whatsoever, slack at marking, heads the ball straight up in the air more than Paul Blades and isn't even good on the ball to look superficially a bit classy.

I could easily name you 10 better Wolves centre halves who never played in the Premier League for us.

He does enrage me, he's like a combination of all the worst bits of Kilman, Batth and Mancienne.

I’m firmly in this camp too. Amazed how he’s conned some fans into thinking he’s good. We must have signed the only Uruguayan centre half in history that is shit in the air and isn’t aggressive in the slightest. We all know what Doc is and he’s got a bit of slack for stepping up for the second goal but Santi is standing right by Isak and just wanders off.

So who starts in place of Doc, Santi and Dawson when Toti is injured?
I'm beginning to see a bit of an issue with some of our squad. 😬
