Simon Yates attacking the bunch again today and that is Valverde on toast on the penultimate climb. I think he wants to put a final nail in it by winning this stage.

To be fair (and maybe this isn't the thread for it), there does have to be a line drawn somewhere in a sporting context surely - no matter how sympathetic any of us may be towards the trans cause.

It would plainly be ridiculous if I identified as female tomorrow and then immediately decided to take up boxing, as quite obviously I would batter everyone in my weight class. For want of a better word, there has to be some form of a transitory phase.

I get the point, but you’ve got to see there’s an unfair advantage when a male body is competing against a female body.

What about boxing? You could end up with somebody been killed.

But, I also appreciate that there shouldn’t be exclusions either.

There's a huge advantage biologically being born a male. That's science not bigotry.
