Further relaxing of restrictions in TX later this week. Restaurants and movie theaters allowed to open, but with restrictions on capacities. Some beaches were open last weekend. A lot of people are understandably very nervous about spending time around other people, but at the same time the total number of cases in TX (26,000) is just under 0.1% of total population and number of deaths (663) just over 2.5% of 0.1%. San Antonio death toll 43, with a third of that linked to one care home.

Guido's a shitrag at the best of times, but they're really straining with their usual MO of "this person has a left-wing past, therefore their position is partisan and their claims are not made in good faith" right now because, shock horror, the healthcare system is full of lefties...

It might work once a week when an audience member says something awkward to a Tory frontbencher on Question Time, but they just can't keep up with the pace of doctors and nurses and care workers speaking up.

As James O'Brien says if people believe they have been lying and incompetent on this then they have to start questioning what else they've been lying and incompetent on. They don't want to go there as Brexit has become what has defined so many, hence the defence.
