Wolves 2-0 Southampton: Verdict Thread

Ipswich did yesterday.

Teams will shithouse when they can. Some more than others and would say we are somewhere in the middle but make it more obvious with using Sa all the time

Everyone does it.
It must be the first lesson taught at vlog school.
The second is have a title something like "I stayed at the UK's worst hotel AND I WAS SHOCKED"
was reading something about this recently.
The intention is very clickbaity. It's designed to form an emotional response in the readers mind, to make them desire strongly to read the article, even though in most occasions the headline has nothing to do with the article in question.
Number 7 will AMAZE you...

StuntPegg is great but she’s always got an angle beyond just “ooooo a thing happened on the pitch and I feel ways about it”.

It’s just the web in the age of SEO. Clickbait works.

Long live the Mike Stowell 110% kick that just about passed the half way line!

Compared to Hennessey who put about 20% effort into a kick that would land in their area.

We only do it because we’re playing shit and he needs to try and sort it out.

I guess I’d never clocked other sides doing it, not so blatantly at least. Sá looked directly at GO and made a face before going down. Hideously obvious.

Maybe easy to ignore when 99% of tackles get made a complete meal of. Yeah, most of them probably hurt, but the fucking rolling and moaning and pretend limping afterwards… that bit of the game has never gotten less annoying to me.

Sarabia's goal was our fastest ever in the Premier League.
and quite a few missed it, as I believe they shut the turnstiles during the Remembrance commemoration. Presumably to stop pissed up latecomers oblivious to what was going on.

My Wolves RSS feed provides a "10 talking points from the weekend" from the guardian every week, and in this article the entire paragraph was dedicated to Sa's shithousing. 😅

I've always wondered what the bugler does for the other 50 weeks a year. How much other bugling work is there in the military?

I was told, Hennessey could score in the opposite goal from a goal kick with both feet.
