Sounds like more chaos and more soap opera and lack of results. He won’t be GON bad but don’t see him getting close to us surviving.

I don’t think anyone we could realistically attract has much chance of keeping us up. Even if Fosun splash a bit of cash in January it’s odds against. It’s utterly ridiculous that we go into Sunday’s game with a new manager and it’s a probably the biggest game since Lop’s first away at Everton. Lose and we’re staring down both barrels and it’s not even Christmas.

I was on holidays when Lycan messaged me about this. At first I was incredulous but then thinking about it, he does have a nice track record when he starts on a new team - for a short term. In my view, he's a bit like Lage in the sense that he's a good tactician and he knows a crapton about football, but likewise shares the same pitfalls: He's a terrible leader of men. Bottomline, he's a good assistant manager, but never made a good manager. He is never missed in any of his clubs, regardless of whatever success he gets.

On a more humorous note, for those who don't know the character, here's a very funny conference he gave while managing Al-Ahli in Saudi:

I hope everyone is well <3 I continue absent from here as I'm not following football much these days. Can't go to matches, can't see my football friends, and would have to resort to watch all matches alone at home, so I kind of lose interest in following it :| But I keep up-to-date with the results and all. Here's hoping Vítor manages to keep us up and then goes off somewhere else while we get a proper manager.
