Wolves v Shrewsbury Town (FAC 3)- 10/1 Build Up and Match Thread

It’s Fielden - he’s a Wolves fan to be fair but has an absolute obsession with the pronunciation of foreign names in the native way. He was the main person who always said Ruben “Nevsh”.
Yep, he'd go a touch OTT with pronunciations making him seem a bit of a pretentious bellend, but would then get some wrong (he loved a "Hosé Sa"), making him look like an extra bellend.

no you didn't, you have misrepresented my point as well as my motivation for making it. several times. Which I take exception to, and that really is the end of it, you're right.
Oh good grief.

Fine, yes, I am calling you, specifically, someone who would think a 10-1 win today would still have been crap.

I didn't represent anything incorrectly, I told you exactly how that line of thinking sounds to me. You got defensive over it, and now you think you have some pedestal? Nah, homie. We're both at sea level.

A good game, but i think the coach are a bit cobard.

Gomes and Hwang are playing a lot games, and few player to cover the position of Defensive Midfield (Andre-Gomes), that two player need a break, and Chirewa-FerLo need showed more time...

A good notice is recovery R.Gomes.

About Larsen its simple, he only need balls on area to score. And finally Wolves press more up, and made passes the last games. Same about Tolu.

About FerLo, he play like this, made good short and long passes to space, and have good foot to shot. That is the normal play of he, but he are on bad conditions because no play a lot. Need more time like Mane to take good conditions to play.

Arias, 100% more better starting down, and Mané is a great player.

Idk by i call all time Hwang-> Hawke... Need edit this post.

It wasn't a line of thinking, it was a statement, which the eventual score line suggested was correct and relevant. Your contribution meanwhile was a load of patronising clap trap. So yeah, I know my standing in this exchange, thanks.

Are we really going to split hairs over the difference between thinking and stating?

Look man, if you want to think I was having a go at you, have fun. A disagreement is not an insult and you had no reason to make it one. Go chill and revel in your correctness or whatever.

ok fine, lets just summarise and perhaps you can clarify.

It was my view that Wolves were significantly fitter, stronger and more technically able than Shrewsbury and that due to this, the game could easily have been finished after 30 minutes. Instead the score at the time of my post was 2-1. The obvious gap in quality continued for the remainder of the game and wolves went on to win 6-1.

Which part don't you agree with?

What??
Oh sorry, didn't realise...
I know I have a bit of a reputation, but I'll start typing....
Saw you were last to post on this thread, and the time you’d posted, thought you were going to say wolves have just gone 2-1 up ;)

For Fuck's sake!
I only read this thread tonight, not sure why I bothered to respond at all to be honest!
But I think Macclesfield are doing well...
