A good result and return of points over the festive period.

Good first half where we knocked the ball around well, pressed effectively, and defended in numbers. The goal right before half time knocked a bit of Christmas stuffing out of us though.

Second half was very huff and puff without much quality without Cunha. But Larsen made a great timed run and a brilliant hit to get us a point.

A good result if not a brilliant overall performance. Dawson and Bueno don't look comfortable in that area of defence. That needs to be the priority in January, a left footed defender.

Andre was my MOTM. Classy player with so much composure. The penalty against him was bullshit.

A point was the very least we deserved there. What a week under Vitor, we've merited all of those results and look like a proper team again.

Dawson is finished sadly, we can't be picking him too often now and it's goodbye at the end of the season. Great signing when we needed him but he's gone.

Two superb finishes for us. I thought we played the better football throughout.

2-3 decent additions next month and I think we'll be absolutely fine now. Much kudos to Vitor who has been brilliant so far.

The difference in our solidity from open play is almost difficult to grasp, even if I wanted to believe these players were capable of it. Decent performance, if no more than that, and a solid road point so can’t be mad.

We also finally look like we belong at this level again, rather than like we’re clocking in just to take Mike Tyson haymakers for 90’ and then be happy we only incurred some brain damage.

Sa back to his worst, except the last 10 mins, minus one googly.
Dawson is done forever.
Ran drives me nuts i'd bring back hugo beuno and play him and rodrigo at left back.
Doyle was just awful today,
Andre, class while he lasted, strand had 1 decent ball and what a finish.
Guedes is getting better and may solve the cunha ban problem.
Joao ran himself silly again, semedo was solid, santi was playing for himself and dawson, doc was steady, and hwang scored a goal.

Well there you go bit of organisation and you get points against so called decent sides.
I’d have been happy with 4-5 points this week, 7 is a dream and brings Everton back into it and puts huge pressure on the 3 below.
If you can’t win get something from the game and we did it deservedly.
The panic and chaos seems to be ebbing away now which was priority.

Nothing another manager could do with this group of players though 🙄.

BMB hit the nail on the head, there was enough wrong to not let the great and the good think all is now OK and not get defensive reinforcements

Decent performance but missing that bit of quality to give us the win. We battled well but still gave away two poor goals. Can't grumble with 7 pts from 9 over the last three fixtures of 24. Hopefully we get some new recruits because you could see some of our guys feeling the effects of these games over Christmas.

Good penalty save from Sa and then his usual "I'm better than Beckenbauer" giving us all heart attacks. Defensively we are much better. The midfield actually knows what to do and it is so much better than we have seen in 16 games this season. Upfront, we are doing OK. 31 goals scored in 19 games makes for a good half time report.

Overall, deserved point a piece and we'd have taken that before the game.
