Wolves 2-2 Crystal Palace: Verdict Thread

Couldn't believe the MOTD edit didn't show the Will Hughes chance in the first half, thought that was a great opportunity.

Also, opposite end to me, but thought Sarr had a great chance with his left foot that he hit straight at Sa when I think it was 0-1.

They had 2 good opportunities at 0-1 to take the game away from us. We had 2 golden ones with Sarabia too.
Palace looked better drilled than us and were organised enough to say we’ll take the point and shut the game down.
Something we’re totally incapable of doing.

“Jack Haywards barmy army” replaced “Gary O’Neil’s, which is a bit like the white handkerchiefs at Real Madrid.

GON needs to be gone.
The squad is decent but they look so disjointed last night and fuck knows what coaching they're getting. Both goals came after leaving the man on the back post unmarked.

Final thought about the atmosphere. It was really flat last night. I don't get to many games but it was sad to think where we were only a few short years ago and now it looks like the apathy is growing.

The lad behind me berated people around him for singing "you don't know what you're doing" whilst admitting after he'd wanted GON sacked last week. Prior to this he'd also been singing GON's Barmy Army.

We also got away with Chalobah missing what was basically an open goal from six yards out, then a second later managing to block a shot which was 100% flying in.

Add that to Brighton's inexplicable butchering of a 4 on 1 when they were winning with seconds to go last week.

We're actually very fortunate not to still be on 1 point.
He was offside when he blocked tge shot, and would have stopped Sa moving towards the ball.

I am not convinced it would have been given by Var, but he wass offside and stopping Sa from diving

Doyle should have put us 1 up after 20 minutes
Sarabia missed 2 golden chances to put the gane to bed score those we win easily

Have you watched a single game this season?

If Doyle scores after after 20 minutes GON initiates murderball, the other two chances never happen and we lose 2-1. See specifically Villa, A and Newcastle, H
