West Ham 2-1 Wolves: Verdict Thread

Your welcoming thoughts are very kind, but unless Wolves start playing like a team of professionals, I doubt I'll be around that much.
I began supporting Wolves in 1986 - hence the name - we were as close to the bottom of the then Division 4 as makes no difference . It did not stop me then from backing them .
We remain a Premier League team , which is still to be celebrated , maybe not post May 25 , but even then we'll still be a lot higher up the food chain than we were in 1986 .

Hang in there . Owners will come and owners will go , Managers and Players will come and go too . Supporters stay forever .

If we go to Div 4 it will be very hard for me to support. 😅

at least we can reliably get Championship games here now, unlike the last time we dropped.

I think in hindsight we were victims of our own (Nuno's) success. Doing so well with a small squad (and initially very few injuries) freaky really. It was too easy and in no way sustainable. Fosun/Shi thought it was, pulled the rug from under the club and Nuno. We lost momentum, players lose belief in the 'project' and the downward spiral begins...
Jimenez is certainly proving he wasn't 'done', just another symptom of what we've all witnessed

Can’t imagine Raúl would have rediscovered his form had he stayed here another five years. He needed a change, IMO.
Just needed time, it was always going to take a while to get over that injury. Think there's a good chance if he'd have been handled by Nuno and got someone in to take the striker weight, initially as back up. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to wait.

If you pair can't shelve this childish nonsense you'll both find yourselves with some time off.

Closing thread.
