Things that make you SAD thread.

I think we range fro the 'feel old' to the 'numerically old', even the one who labels himself as 'young' is ten years older now

I am...others certainly are not :D

So after 13 years I had to put the dog down the weekend. We brought her to the States when we moved, she was very much the family dog
Received a call at 11pm (Eastern time) stating that the dr's at the QE in Birmingham had placed a DNR on my sister
I feel pretty broken right now

Shit Ray, really sorry to hear all of that mate. My thoughts are with you and your family

Awful time for you and the family Ray. No words can ease how you must be feeling, but know that many are thinking of you.

Finding it a bit weird that I’m not really bothered that Wolves lost to the Albion.

I’m normally a really bad loser (as may have come across on here at times :) ), when we lost 1-5 I didn’t speak all the way home apart from calling my best mate a fucking cunt. This time I’m not really fussed, not sure what that says about me.

There's a lack of engagement from not being there (and for all of us it's now been at least 10 months, for others who don't go to every home game will be longer than that). There is a sense of detachment from it. Because of everything that's going on and the way the world has been for nearly an entire year, it didn't really feel different to any other Covid-era game today, before or after - I'll watch it, I want us to win, I'm disappointed if we don't, I'll talk about it afterwards come rain or shine - but not what it normally is.

Yes I think that’s it, it doesn’t feel real. Then again, not much does at the moment.
