Think Leicester have all manner of issues. It's pretty much a given that they failed Premier League PSR in 2022/23 so the deduction for that is in the post, and there certainly shouldn't be any knocked off for "co-operation" as in the case of Forest because they behaved like complete pricks a few weeks ago when it all came to light.

Then we come to 2023/24 and their viability for 2024/25, neither of which look particularly good.

None of their defenders looked all that great last season so I guess Tosin backs himself to be a starter there? Big risk (for Tosin and Chelsea both) though; the gap between the Prem and Serie A has probably never been wider, at least since I've been paying attention.
