He doesn’t have the guts to leave on a free. Levy won’t sell him to and English club. So he doesn’t have a choice.

He gets a couple of years there, win a few German trophies. have a shot at the CL and then get sold back to whichever title chasing English club needs a striker

I can't see Bayern selling him. He'll just play there for 4 years. At 35 he may well retire.

Kane now allowed to fly to Munich.

Looks like Levy has woken up and gone "That was some top bantz by me wasn't it....lolz. Right you can get on the plane now"

No chance. He’ll win some trophies and in three years choose a club in the PL and aim to beat Shearer’s record. His strength is finishing not speed so injuries permitting he could be scoring in the PL until 36 easily. Vardy was good up to 35 and he is much more reliant on speed.

But he's signed a 4 year deal.

Must admit I'm a bit surprised it's Bayern he's ended up at but I guess no-one else came in?
That said, I don't blame him, almost certainly get a league title, a good run in the CL for a few years.
Also he's 30 and had a few injuries, no guarantees he'll be the same player in 12-18 months time.

I think there’s maybe an element of him wanting to make sure Spurs got a good fee rather than leave for free next year if he wasn’t going to sign a new contract - a bit like Neves?

I heard 3 years yesterday. He’d still have three years back in the PL. I reckon half the PL teams at least would take a 33 year old Kane.

Absolutely, I completely agree that he's going to have more longevity because of his style. The concern I have for him is that after 4 years at Bayern, the sides in the PL who are set up to challenge could have their main man in place and that means him ending up back at a side like Spurs, bobbing along doing not a lot.

Well Haaland probably only leaves City for Real and I doubt that will happen as City will ask for £300m. United it will depend on how the new guy goes. He is great, he is still there in 3 years. He is shit, and they buy again next summer. Chelsea I can’t see Kane himself getting on board the Boehly clown car. Arsenal would be unthinkable. Liverpool appear to have suddenly found vast resources but they only sign over 30s very very rarely. Newcastle maybe but who knows where they are in three years?

I thought that at the time Liverpool didn't sign Bellingham because he was too expensive at 85ish million.

Yet now they are spunking 110mill on Caicedo!?

At the point Jude was moving they didn't have the bonus of receiving money from the Saudi clubs

Also, no CL so not beating Madrid in that transfer battle

It is strange how they have been trying to get Southampton to sell a midfielder for under £50m and they decide to move on after a 3rd bid is rejected and buy someone who costs £60m more than what was clearly their number 1 target
