Result of the Final of the Junior (U20) World RU Championship

NZ 21 - 16 England

Unlucky lads after they had a try chalked off for a very tight decision for being in front at the kick-through in the build-up.

New Zealand last night played their first ever game in Somoa, shocking considering its proximity and the fact that they have cherry picked the most promising players over the years. Hopefully will see a long term change in attitude to the Pacific Islanders by the SH teams (wishful thinking probably).

Fair play to Somao they were up for it, gave them a real game, 25-16 to the All Blacks at the end.

ITV & BBC to share the Six Nations.

Queensland annihilated New South Wales in the deciding origin game. Leeds will be delighted by this news.

Argentina give South Africa a beating today 37-25

Nice win and performance yesterday although you cant read too much into it, read some of the training the Welsh have been doing in Qatar and it sounds horrendous no doubt they are still recovering from it, now up to No 2 in the rankings our highest ever position.

Good win for Australia yesterday, Cheka is a good coach and he has improved them, didn't see yesterday but in the other games they have now even found a scrum the group of death will be great viewing (for those not in it).

I like that England side. Same way as I liked the Welsh side, regardless of the result against Ireland (I can't comment on the game as rugby streams were rather rare at Bloodstock). Now is the time for experiments and seeing what might work before the final squad cuts. Hope Burgess is a God against Australia, and rank when Wales pitch up at Twickers.

We're both going to beat Australia, no problem.

Good to see corbisiero on the bench for England - on his day he could destroy the Aussie scrum.

Really hope burgess can make the break through, but I do think his lack of experience could slow down the England midfield - don't want to lose that brilliant attacking and fluidity we had with a player not on the same wavelength.

Don't think we can take the gamble on Burgess, plus we actually had the centres working nicely last season for the first time since about 2002.
