Jones is miles worse than Lage, it's one of the worst appointments at Prem level for years IMO. There was nothing about Jones' CV which would make you think he could handle it at this level and he's such a weirdo. Apart from Hassenhuttl Southampton have made some shocking appointments since Koeman left.

All I can see so far is the owners have held talks with him but no decision made. A lot of players want him gone though so he is on borrowed time now.
