It definitely appears to all have worked in our favour through luck rather than judgement, with QPR looking the main losers in all this.

Nothing wrong with a bit of pettiness in football though, so if I spot he's imploding at Rangers (cuntish club anyway) I won't exactly shed any tears

maybe he is only interested in managing cubs who have rangers in their name? perhaps he's angling for a move to stafford next?

His son was there on Saturday - plays for Bournemouth apparently?

I could totally understand Beale not coming here at this point in his career given the state we are in, and I'd have been fine if he'd said it wasn't the right opportunity for him.

But to come out with the bullshit he did around loyalty and the leave a month later says quite a bit about his character.

Beale confirmed at Rangers, contract to June 2026

Bobby M stepping down.

Someone in MLS will want him. Name recognition, people still think he's a genius, speaks English, etc.

Wasted an absolute golden generation
To be fair I think 2016 was their best chance and that was Wilmots.

I can see him at Watford (no-one ever lasts and Slav won't either) or Norwich (their fans hate Smith). Bournemouth had his name all over it if they hadn't literally just appointed Gary O'Point.

Everton Board still love him, fans definitely do not, but if FF gets bulleted he'll be in their thinking.

They got lucky Belgium came calling. He did ok initially at Everton as the team had been well drilled by Moyes but gradually it fell apart. Much like Lage following Nuno. No doubt there will be an owner who will be delighted he is available but that delight won’t last long as he’s slightly below bang average. I’d put a lot of money on him not lasting two seasons at his next club.
