Jose only wants it part time...seems that isn't an option

Having Mourinho willing and picking Lage would be like winning dusty bin on 3-2-1, up to date reference lovers.
Mourinho or Lage is like a presidential election, it's that shit.

Probably not as it was mainly the non Portugese he had issues with
Just wondered if they’d refuse the call ups because
1. He’s rubbish.
2. They don’t like him.
3. He’s rubbish.
4. He’s rubbish.
5. Have I mentioned he’s rubbish? .

Non of our Portugeezers seem to be cunts so I still can't see them saying no to a call up, despite what the general feeling amongst Wolves fan is.

Also be hugely surprised if he gets the gig. Think 2 or 3 ( hundred, lolz) would need to turn it down first

Maybe it's a much of a muchness to them as the outgoing manager was also an idiot.

We do mock the ex manager of Portugal. Fact is Portugal have won more major trophies than England in my 46 years on this planet.
I keep waiting for England to employ a joker who will win a trophy.

International trophies can be won in spite of the manager.

See Deschamps, Didier

Point still stands. I want England to appoint someone that is shit but can win a trophy.

We've got the shit part spot on, a lot...2nd part seems to be the tricky bit

The 2nd bit feels a lot more luck than judgement at times, plus having at least one sensational player. Bellingham might be that key. I’d be quite optimistic about the Euros. Where I can be confident wales will be shit

Tbf to Santos (that was his name, right?) and the likes of Deschamps, I guess it's pretty harsh to minimize their contributions when they did end up winning something which "better" coaches haven't.

You take sides with that much talent and turn them into pragmatic bilge you need calling out

Clearly the PFF were happy with the bilge for quite a while.

You mentioned Jose earlier as his replacement....I think he would replicate that style.
Nuno is a similar style coach. Maybe it's just the main Portugese way.
