Just had a check of Walsall's season. 8th on Boxing Day and had won 5 out of the last 6. Happy days, well poised for a playoff push at minimum.

Won 3 of the next 26 games.

Showing my colours as part of the TikTok generation but I think Martin has done decently so far.

There is a fair bit of possession for possession's sake but the football can be quite nice to watch at times, there isn't much money available at Swansea either. Swansea fans have always been a little snobby with priding themselves on playing 'the right way' so Martin and the Swans have been a good fit. His teams do tend to blow hot and cold, mind.
