Looks like Koeman is getting the Barca job.

Placeholder until Xavi rocks up after the Messi problem is resolved? Let’s face it Barcelona have spunked nearly half a billion on players out of position if on the pitch or even in the club at all just to accommodate the magician and his powers are sadly on the wane.

Looks like Koeman is getting the Barca job.

Cost them 5m to break his contract with Holland and given him a 2 year deal. Now Barca are doing their El Presidenti votes next summer and no doubt those in the running will be promising different coaches, so Ronnie needs an unbelievable season to get to see what his 2nd year will be like or could even win everything and still be binned

Xavi blatantly wants the job, but not under the current President.

I suppose in Koeman's favour he's a bit of a Barca legend in his own right. Not just some random guy like the last few they've had.

Lopetgui played a few games for Barca, would have been funny if they'd gone for him, he'd probably have gone too!

Looks like Reading are putting Mark Bowen back to DoF and appointing Aleksandar Stanojevic, who I've literally never heard of.

Schalke finally get rid of the fraud's fraud David Wagner.

Record in 2020:

P19 W1 D6 L12

When we all watched the start up of Bundesliga I couldn’t believe how utterly awful Schalke were.

Portsmouth beaten at home last weekend by Wigan .

Could Jackett be in trouble I wonder . Bad start to the season . Still early days .

They all hate him, have done for ages, I think we definitely got the best version KJ (minus the final season). Most of the complaints are very familiar.

He had a shit start last season and got rid of a few fans favourites then somehow turned it around and got them in with a chance of promotion

Who can forget that home form in Jacketts third season here? I think we'd have willed a voiding of the league back then.

Got to the knock out stages in the end last season . As did Oxford and Wycombe - all 3 doing poorly right now .

Problem is - they lost to Wigan , who must hardly have a red cent to call their own right now .

It’s the style of football that’s lost them though, I point out the results haven’t been bad (although play offs should be minimum requirement for them in that league really, despite a lack of significant investment) but when it’s mind-numbing to watch (and with no ultimate pay off) I get it. They’re a pretty forgiving bunch as well generally so it must be pretty bad.

Maybe they just don't like gophers.

Surprised its taken them so long.

They should keep Wally, doing a grand job

I'm still not convinced by Poch. Probably an improvement but is he gonna win the league there? I have serious doubts.
