Yeah they got a shit deal on their loans apparently in terms of interest but again it’s not like they didn’t know how much they were paying and what the rules were.

Yes that spending will be outside but their argument surrounds the financing of the project. Apparently the loans to fund it were from Moshiri so the interest payments on the loan weren't allowable whereas they could have been if it was through a bank. I think its also less than clear what loans are for the stadium and what loans are required in order for them just to operate.
You would think that the independent panel from the 10 point deduction, and Premier League for the new charges have gone through all of this with a fine tooth comb to ensure that they are being fair with it all.
