Seems a bit pricey compared to others I've looked at, is there still a premium attached to touchscreen? I've no interest in that really so would rather commit the money to other things.

The Asus Zenbooks seem to get good reviews and for the price of the i5/4GB Surface I could have an i7/8GB Zenbook, few reviews of the Surface have some reservations about it's bespoke version of Windows 10 too.

You can replace Windows S with the standard P version FOC I think.

I have an Asus TP550L which is a nearly 3 years old now. i5 touchscreen with 250gb SSD. Works like a dream and does all the things you would want from it Mark. The newest version is the Zenbook.

You have turned the volume down.......(Go to your settings and into the Sound and you will probably have a volume bar for media playing)

Is anybody any good on WordPress? I've been doing a bit of writing on the side, and it's been going well enough to motivate me into giving it a semi-serious look.

So, I spent last night doing the website, but I'm really unhappy with the homepage. I want the picture to basically fill the screen, and that be that, but I'm fucked if I can figure it out. And whilst I've got your attention, are there any plugins that are on-trend that will make a big difference? I think it's OK, but would happily have a few suggestions to polish it up a bit.

Your writing is class mate, I enjoyed that guide to becoming a Dad and the golf blog. You definitely should do more.
Google sites have free templates that look better than Wordpress and the hosting is free obvs
