Noticed the other week that a very thin purple line had appeared down the right hand edge of the screen on my laptop, didn't really bother me as it lined up with the edge of the scroll bar on webpages and become pretty much invisible, it was only really noticeable when playing FM as it stood out more on that background, but still not really an issue. However, I noticed yesterday that it's now been joined by an additional two thin yellow lines, so it seems the issue is getting worse, will it end up with the whole screen going that way eventually? If so is it easy enough to replace a laptop screen? I drunkenly trod on my old laptop and was going to attempt to repair it but read some stuff about it being difficult to make the backlight work after changing the screen so didn't bother and just bought a replacement.
