The transfer window is still open for a few weeks.

Whilst in an ideal world you do all your business early & all take part in the preseason, real life doesn't work like that.

Many reasons why things haven't happened yet, which doesn't mean that they won't (whether we are all happy with what does is a different issue)

Yes he would have been. He's a midfielder that's been in Valencia's under 19s in his 2 years there but it's next to impossible to find any more info.
