Suppose you could argue the circumstances of the foul rather than the nature of the challenge deem it worthy of a booking, Costa beats Blind there and he's clean through into the box.

Borthwick-Johnson seems to be growing into the team quite well, looks reasonable defensively and confident going forward too, stood up to the challenge against Willian today and put some decent deliveries in when he's got forward.
