FA Cup: Wolves 2-1 Man Utd - Verdict thread

In the NB lower and all you got was Ole at the wheel x1000. NB got a few songs going every now and then.

When we scored second all on my row (P) were standing till the end. No one told me to sit down but when I looked behind me quite a few were strangely still sitting.

Showing the Utd fans the exits. All that practice in earlier games paying off. We are the helpful stand

That is true!

Tbf one of the main reasons I left the North Bank was due to a couple behind us who loudly complained if anyone stood up if anything happened. Even if we scored a goal!

Its ok where I sit. I was happy the guy who normally sits in front of me missed the game though. He almost killed me v Leicester when Jota won it so christ knows what would have happened yesterday.

Its been decent in the NB this season. No South Bank of course but certainly not the quiet with splashes of OTT complaining stand it has been. Guess its easy when you are watching a decent team.

Had Yanited fans next to us. Think the STH's next to us cashed in because none of them were there and the four didn't celebrate the goals and fucked off pretty sharpish at 2-0.

I'm not sure there's an amount of money I'd part with my ticket for at the moment. Imagine sitting at home witnessing that.

Aside from the Simon Osborn appreciation society sitting behind me (Neves is the best passer since Osborne) whining on Donck is too slow(!) There was rightfully no criticisms

In what sense do they think Donck is slow? running or with the ball?

I had an arsehole behind me call Jota a fucking Portugal wanker when he missed the chance before half time. I was tempted to say something but that leads to all manner of shenanigans that knowing my luck I'd be the one copping it. A fair few season tickets round me didn't turn up.

I don't have a clue, he evidently knows nothing and i think he shouts out whatever pops into his head. Much like the Dean Watch thread me and my dad have a running list of stupid shit to come out his mouth.

I love the Gerrit forward woman behind me. One of these days I'll tell her the reason we pass it like we did is to draw out players so we can slip balls through easier. But you know I'll let her carry on not knowing what fucking Nuno has been teaching the last two years.

Other than the Ole song over and over again there was a brief blast of 'You've only come to see United' though that soon fizzled out when they realised it was BS!

All the usual STHs in my section in SBU J6

The fans are great round by me and Booz.

I only had two bellends sat by me last night...

We've had it really good there to be fair, the bloke in our row who turns up late and half pissed every game used to annoy me but I just find him funny now. Think I've only heard about three negative comments all season which is a right culture shock for that stand.

Plenty of singing as well. Have you noticed the bloke and woman across the steps from us who get through about six pies between them during a game?

I haven't seen them yet. The half pissed guy was ace last night. I thought he was going to pop when Lindelof was sent off!

drank too much last night. starting to feel normal again. :icon_lol:

Just watched the full match back on IPlayer - amazing as to what you can see when the adrenaline isn't running!

Number of S/T holders around me not there, but those who took the seats were acceptable alternatives & no idiots among them fortunately.

There were 4 regulars around me that didn't turn up. Two were fine and two were moaning twats.

As a non-STH who got a pretty primo seat in the NB I'd like to think I held my end of the bargain up. Even managed to watch my language for the sensitive types (apart from calling Martial a c*** towards the end...whoops)

There were def a couple Utd types down the front who scarpered after the first goal but it was still pretty full round by me once the whistle went

As for the singing the Utd lot sounded fairly loud at times to me but then they weren't all that far away. The whole ground was noisy at one time or another...once or twice there was a bit of a struggle to coordinate the timing on some of the songs but a pretty solid effort all round considering

I'll trade any of you for the arseholes that stand next to me. One of them nearly set me on fire with that flare when Jiménez scored.

The guy behind me in the NB Upper burst into tears when Jota scored :icon_lol:
