I'm sure 3 months ago people with cold symptoms thought it was just a cold when it may well have been covid and weren't getting tested.
Now they are getting tested with those symptoms, so of course cases as a result are higher.
At the same time I’d say the vast majority don’t record their LFT resultThink your 5% claim is misleading.
There will be a lot of people routinely testing with no symptoms or concerns. Unless though 1.6m are purely PCR test?
